Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- your name, billing address, email address and any optional telephone number;
- account, order, payment-status and download information;
- messages and support requests you send to us;
- technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, login and security logs; and
- cookie and usage information, subject to your choices and the services enabled on the site.
Payments are processed by the payment provider offered at checkout. We do not retain your full payment-card details.
How and why we use your information
We process personal information only where we have a lawful basis:
- Contract: to take payment, fulfil your order, provide download access, manage your account and provide customer support.
- Legal obligation: to keep tax and accounting records and meet other legal duties.
- Legitimate interests: to secure and operate the site, prevent fraud and misuse, resolve disputes, understand performance and improve our products and service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: for optional marketing or non-essential cookies where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Who receives your information
We share only what is necessary with service providers that help us operate the shop, including website hosting and technical providers, WordPress and WooCommerce services, the payment provider you select at checkout, email and customer-support providers, and professional advisers such as accountants. Analytics or marketing providers receive information only where those services are enabled and the applicable permission has been obtained.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with the sale or reorganisation of the business. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards, and take appropriate steps to protect the information.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected. Order and accounting records are normally retained for up to six years after the relevant financial period, or longer where a legal claim or other requirement applies. Account information is kept while the account remains active and then reviewed. Support correspondence and security logs are kept only for a reasonable operational or legal period. Marketing information is kept until you opt out or it is no longer needed.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses essential cookies for functions such as the basket, checkout, account login and security. Optional analytics, embedded-content or marketing technologies may also set cookies where enabled. You can control cookies through any consent controls provided on the site and through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the shop from working.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights to request access to your information, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
To exercise a right, email hello@printbubble.net. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
